The final solution to your scorching cast iron qualms! Thanks to its open-ended, scissor-like seam, these universal fitment Handle Grips will tighten around any shaped pan handle with just the squeeze of a hand. They can also be used to lift the opposing small handle too! Once installed, a blistering 400 degree cast iron handle will now feel like nothing more than the pleasingly warm sleeve of your morning coffee.

Buy It For Life Quality: Constructed from one solid piece of 9 oz (3.5mm thick) vegetable tanned cowhide from Hermann Oak (the finest leather tannery in the world) and conditioned with beeswax based conditioners, these Grips won’t just last a lifetime, but they’ll patina to a rich caramel color and gain a very unique character from the natural simmering splashes that come from cast iron cooking.
Two-Pack: These can come in matching pairs of two! This allows you to use them in conjunction with one another for pan lifting tasks, or separately on two different pans!
Universal Fitment: Closes tightly around any cast iron pan handle when gripped. Fits best on 5” long raw pan handles.
Digit Protector: Thoughtfully built right in to the beautiful leather body are two Finger Shields. These curved protrusions serve to cover the searing hot rim of the pan, and to prevent bumping the equally hot outer edge of the pan below the handle. They also allow one to get a firm thumb grip for extra pan control when needed as well.
Heat Destroyer: One of full-grain leather’s many natural abilities is to act as an outstanding thermal insulator. Temperatures are only felt to us humans when a rapid exchange of thermal energy occurs, such as touching hot metal (a material high in thermal conductivity). Easy Cleaning: Break down the entire unit by simply unscrewing the single American Made black oxide steel chicago screw. Once unfolded, rub down the front and back with light soap and water, apply some conditioner, and it’ll be back to prime condition in no time!
Make It Yours: Choose your leather color, and have something engraved at no extra charge! Custom artwork, logos, and simple text are all welcome. (Pro Tip: Lighter colored leathers show engraving better). Makes a great gift to the chefs in your life!
